Return/Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been confirmed.
As we operate internationally and our warehouse is located in Mumbai, India, it is not feasible for us to manage returns or exchanges from overseas. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@exhalelabel.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item showing the damage or issue.
We will review your case and provide a resolution accordingly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, report the issue to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation.
Please note:
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
