All orders placed are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Because we ship globally and work with a small team across borders, handling returns just isn’t logistically possible right now. We hope you understand.
Why No Returns?
Our pieces are made with care and shipped from our international warehouse — coordinating returns and exchanges across countries gets tricky fast. So to keep things simple and sustainable for both of us, we don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into motion — which means we’re unable to cancel or make changes after it’s confirmed.
We know things happen, but because each piece is made and packed with care (often internationally), cancellations just aren’t possible at this time.

Lost/Stolen Packages

 If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please report it to us within 2 weeks of the delivery date at hello@exhalelabel.com.
If the shipping address was entered correctly, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered.
